Who We Are?

Our family visited Vimmerby in the winter of 2014. Snow covered the cobblestone streets and Astrid Lindgren’s spirit was all around. Since that time, we are fortunate to be the owners of an amazing and unique property just across from the central train station. Summers are particularly easy and relaxing, and we keep busy with our garden, apple and cherry trees! Wally is a Special Needs teacher and Maria is a Biologist. Together, we have three fabulous children, ages 4, 6 and 9. We love to be in Sweden’s countryside, with the fresh air, lakes and forests.
